Factory assembled in S.A. known as a fleetline. When they ran out of split front clips they simply put a bay one instead thus using up as many parts as possible in true volkswagen style. You`ve heard of people chopping the front of a bay and putting on fibreglass front split clip well volkswagen did it first. Except they took a split and put a bay front on ...how`s that?
