looks cool as hell, I am desperate to own one, although i'm not sure how good they will be at telling the time!!

the chronographical equivalent of the animal 'splitty' t-shirt IMHO :?

if you need to tell the time, AND display your love of VWs at the same time, why not hang an NOS 'earlybay' clock round your neck public enemy stylee ?

It's better than the usual "tat"....Haynes mug, playingcards, t-shirt, model of a beetle (I don't have a real one)
even got a bloody splitty keyring once :evil:

naah... i had to have my 'pig wheels' t-shirt surgically removed in the end and i haven't even so much as looked at a skateboard in fifteen years... i just love those cheeky pigs' faces, and if splittys float your boat in the same way that stylised pigs float mine then fill your b.......

oh, i used up my cliche quota for that particular sentence

although i only have one watch, which won't even work because i seem to have one of those weird magnetic aura things surrounding me* i do like the idea of the eternal 'machine for telling the time versus item of clothing' battle... for me the beetle speedometer just about works as a speedometer design but when you think of all the cool watches that have been designed since the beginning of, er, time, surely there must be something out there that you'd prefer, thus leaving the beetle speedo where it belongs... on a beetle dashboard :wink:

but of all the t-shirts that have been produced since the beginning of, er, cotton you'd think i'd be able to do better than cartoon pigs :roll:
