Wanted - Front Indicator back-plate assembly (LHS only)

Looking for an early bay low-front indicator back-plate assembly (Left hand side - I have two RHS ones doh!).

I just need the metal back plate complete with nylon bulb holder on the back and the bulb reflector on the front - I have the lens and seal.
