Whatever you do don't buy a repro one I bought 3 and all were crap, try eBay for a second hand genuine vw one

I've got a couple of genuine VW ones, one with 8 pins and the other with 7.

my dimmer doesn't work, I suppose the option it to wire into the headlights connection .... after all it's so dim you never need to dim it!

VWH have new ones as part of their Classics section.

The number is 211 941 531 E and they cost about £28

I ordered mine at the end of Feb and it just arrived today as they come from Germany, so probably not much help if you need one soon.
