Wanted: LHD Sliding door middle hinge runner bit

I'm not sure of the exact name for this but here's some pictures of what I need:

As you can see mine is badly cracked

Part number stamped on it is: 211 843 340A

It's off a LHD 68, but not sure what years are the same.

I don't need the U shaped bit, just the part the roller and nylon block attach to.
