Wanted: Lock wafers

Hey guys,

Does anybody have a handful of door lock wafers?
Trying to clean and re-key my locks.

I've already asked mattp for some but he's too busy with his house at the moment.

Just doing mine at the moment and I have donor-barrel that had been screwdriverd at some point so will definitely have some left over, are your handles original or repros? The barrels/wafers are different sizes.

I still have the VW handles and barrels.
Looks like they've been fiddled with as some wafers are missing.

How long do you think till you're done?

Got Simon and Glens wafers in the post!

So have about 25 total that should last our community for a while.
I'll forward on to dublicious in the next week or two, then hopefully rolling on from there.

Can this be done on any lock or just the original ones as have 5 different keys for my van ??

Yes, it can be done on all locks if there are enough correct wafers you should be able to configure them so you can use one key for all the locks.

Problem is though, Mattp pointed out that the ones I got from Glen on vzi are bug ones and won't fit the bay locks...

I just discovered taking one lock cylinder out that the barrel is broken... :roll:

Does anybody have a good barrel that is not needed anymore?
