Wanted: Pair of door grab handles

Hi, has anyone got a pair of bog standard door handles lying around?

Finally got round to tarting up & fitting some door cards I bought ages ago, only to find out that my handles don't line up with the holes in the cards. On closer inspection, my old crap door cards had extra holes cut in to fit what I now presume to be late bay handles - all padded & modern looking.

I know you can buy new but would prefer original if poss.
