I sent Slim adi a pm yesterday on the off chance that he could make them - he makes good roof racks...

I have a 'wanted ad' on the samba for some. Some guy just got in touch wanting 250 plus shipping for some....! Hopefully that was dollars but thats still pricey.

that was me who contacted you and as i said a friend has them and thats what he wanted for the complete seat 250 US and i told you i thought it was high but he would have no use for the seat after selling the hinges and it would cost way too much to ship the whole seat over. i was just giving you a option. you could have offered less as he might take it but i dont know if he would or how low he would go or i would have told you the lowest price he would take. :lol:

Sorry tubdub - I didn't mean to offend. I know these hinges are going to fetch a price...I appreacite the fact you got in touch in the first place. cheers

sorry for the long delay getting back to you, but registered and didnt get amy confirmation post, then found out had already registered before.
Anyway, I am Andy, I am the fabricator at design21, If you are still having probs sourcing these hinges we would be glad to help, all I need is a full set for about a week, we will pay all postage or pick them up, and I can get you a production price in about the same time, if someone is already doing them thats fine.

the hinges are on the way. i sent them out friday. post office said 4-7 days. let me know when you get them
