Warped oil pump cover ok?

Helloes,

I clamped the oil pump cover in a vice to file down the edges to make an adaptor plate fit.
Took me over an hour to get it to fit nicely and be smooth.

Fitted it to an old case and noticed that it wobbles... don't think it did this before.
So I guess I must have tightened the vice too much.

Now is that cover shot or will it lay flat when I torque it down?

Does anybody have a nice pump cover?

get another one the gasket on the oil pump is so thin it will piss oil been there don't work get a neww one only cheap :shock:
