webasto airtop 200

I have fitted a webasto airtop 200 heater.
it worked fine then stopped.
I have plenty of battery power
there is fuel.
it ran for 20 mins then I shut down and now nothing.

there is a small grey wire and a small purple wire that isn't connected.
no idea what they are for and where to connect.
has anyone fitted this heater and have a wiring diagram pls
or shed any light on why its not working.

overheated probably , or undervolt

also the fuel airmix has to be right , you can set this with the small mix screw under the flap on rhe circuit board, the elements coke up on these and they are not cleanable on the airtop
usual reason is the above

check all airvents etc also the inlet , main problem is undervolt if it ran as on initial start up its running the pump , fan and ceramic glowplug
