Westfalia pop top seals

What are the correct seals for the roof elevating part and are there any seals on the front part of roof rack. On the roof rack I have just used the hammer black U type edging, is this correct too. Thanks.

Originally there was not a seal around the rack, reasoning was that leaves and suchlike get stuck and rot the gutters
