I bought myself a Westfalia trailer from ebay last year, didn't do anything with for about a year, but this year I took it apart, had a top frame made, I got some hinges made by cali bay (from the early bay forum) and rebuilt the trailer, here are the pics of the re-build.

Nice work buddy, where did you get the replacement rubber bump stops from? And where they expensive
 
The bump stops came from ebay, bought them last year, i think they were 100 euro's

The alley rack was home made, with the uprights and corners were bought from Karmann Konnection (I was messed about a bit) and then the tube was bought for a metal merchant.
 
Great work 8) I just changed the wheel bearings on mine n gonna strip it for refurb over the winter, hope it turns out as good as yours fella
