Westy ineterio Panel Replacement

I'm looking to replace all of the Interior panels on my Westy, But am struggeling a bit, has any one done this?

So far I know I need 3 no 5'x5'x3mm panels for the roof

but what thickness is it on the sides anf cargo door?

any help appretiated.

Its ages ago since I did mine and I forget the correct thickness. Most of what I used was from Homebase and was technically too thick but worked perfectly well. The one peice that was correct (I used for sliding door) was sourced from an independant hardware place - you could actually cut it with good scissors. I stained/treated it all with some Ronseal stuff to make it look original.

we done ours but as clem used the wrong thickness in a couple of areas but it works, make sure you keep the original as the template and if you can get it a believe it is Russian Birch 3mm thick. You right with the 5 x 5's as you need to get the grain going the right way on the roof.

I have found a dealer in newport, 5'x10' 3.6mm thick £42 I'm gong to check the 3.6mm will fit tonight if it does I'll be ordering that. I think its bearch

can you get me the details please also before you order see if they will do it cheaper for double the quant, you can never change a surveyor when it comes to money :lol: .
I also have a set of roof templates for grazy if you want to borrow, so grazy if you see this

This is where I got mine from (I just did the rear hatch and sliding door) it was Chinese birch I think.

Did the job.

They are right by the transporter bridge on the Pill side.
