Well got into the van after work and the front cab floor was really wet. We'd had a large down poor this afternoon. I replaced the window and door seals on the cab doors yesterday and im sure it's not coming in from there as there very tight (pain in the arse job that was) Looking at the front panel from the inside i can see drops of water so im thinkin probably the front seal?
Could it have anything to do with the position of the front vents?
Or anything else?

Cheers

had a similar problem with mine, knew all seals good and only seemed to leak if water was blown directlly to the front of the bus. When i took the grill off i found 2 very small holes where the front panel meets the inside of the vent panel, all it needed was a bit of seam sealer / silicon to sort it. been dry for a year now.

If waters getting in like that, the chances are there is rust and holes under the screen rubber aswell. The 3 busses i have owned in my life have had this problem  . Good luck.

have you got the plastic behind your doorcards? water is designed to tun down the inside of the doors and out the bottom. without the plastic the rain gets in.
