What are the best early bay front bumper rubber step covers

I've just ordered and received a pair of repro front bumper step rubbers and they are really floppy and don't seem to have any strength to them .AS it happens one has a split in it so I'm sending them back but don't really want another set like these.What are most peeps buying and from where/ how much etc
