What have you lined your cargo floor with?

the westfalia way is the 9mm down first it provides a less flexible base?? the floor is packed on the sides to stop it moving then held in place by the bits that bolt to the cargo floor, buddy seat bed etc.

in my earlier photo you can see the fillet of wood that goes in opposite the door to support the door card

I'm still a little confused? The opposite sliding door trim panel is 30.5 inches from top to bottom. When it is popped on using all the studs it sits right on top of the actual floor, (without the plywood even there). Do people floor up to the panel? Or put the floor in and get their panel shortened? :D

Cab89..... I'd like an answer on that too! Been scratching my head about what to put on the floor, then noticed the current interior panels touch the orig cab floor!

you can see the fillet of wood at the top of the pic this packs out the floor from the panel and also give a fixing point for the card, its easier with the westy because its just ply and a couple of pins
but if you got them fancy cards  i think there is two l shaped tabs that the card pins go into someone else may need to confirm that

but long story short the floor on my westy only goes up to the upright post not further in, to the panel, and the card is cut to size. if the original cards touch the original floor i suppose you could leave a gap, but that leaves room for the spillages to get under the floor and rot it out

I cut a length of 2x1 and put that allong the kind side panel, behind the 2 tabs to secure the panel to
