they are silly money i sometimes have a nosey on their forum, it's amazing how they rust so easily too, i'd rather buy a T5 than one of them

Just had a nosey on there. It looks like a cool forum.

I think if you read a few posts on this thread you will see what type of people buy a new bay!

I would love to see T1 panels on a bay lol

surely they could at least slm the bloody things before they fall to bits.
but each to their own, i think they want the sort of look with the sort of reliability and the sort of no rust .

not for me but id love to see a ratty one on the deck, maybe in a couple of years when its half rotton and the sussys collapsed.

jth, did nt hear anything about stella on that forum either, not for me, or ozziedog i would guess

For that kind of money I would buy a T5. I cant see the point of buying 40 year old technology when you can get something up to date for the same kind of money.

Theres no doubting the build quality is not the same and theres little if any rust protection - but then theres nothing stopping owners from getting their vehicle properly protected with modern injection and under body coatings.

I still like to see them on the road and will wave just the same. :)

I don't know who buys them, but I know someone who rented one

Drive it during the day, spent the night in a B&B - bus was uncomfortable

Defeats the purpose somewhat I thought

think you've got your T1 and your type 1 crossed matey :p T1 is a split, type 1 is a bug.
