What wire?

So this weekend im fixing the lights on the rear of the van. The sidelights at the back have stopped working and I need to re-wire the indicators to work in the reversing lights.

I believe i need to re-run a wire from the brake master cylinder for the indicators.

Anyway to my question what wire do i need to buy? Is it a specific type of grade?

A 0.75 or 1.0mm Tri-Rated single cable will do the job nicely, infact its only a signal with no real current flowing so anything will do.

the cable you need to run is for the brakes I think or thats how I did mine.

Cool yer i will follow the thread on how to do it. So it's the brake wire I need to re-run

there also a cable that needs to be disconnected from the warning flasher switch. sorry cant remember that much about what I did its 4 years ago
