is anyone on here running 6" wide wheels on the rear of their bus without and rubbing issues

maybe I should put it another way I intend to fit early stock wheels to my crossdresser using adaptors and wondered if there would be a problem with rubbing on the rear arches I will be running stock tyres

Hi Lobie, are you talking about plonking 205s on yours with adapters? I've seen it done but I'm pretty sure they had to narrow the tyres down a bit. It would also seem that some busses are different with what will go on, possibly due to years of repairs. If you can hang on for a bit until the camp out, I could bring a spare if you can bring an adapter, if that's any good. I just got to think about it as well, I wonder if there are different thicknesses of adapters as well because that would also make a huge difference.

Ozziedog,,,,,,,,,, you going to the campout?
