Which tyres for my alloy wheels?

I've bought some new alloy wheels (well new to us) for our 69 Bay. 15"x5.5" wide 5 Fuch replicas. At the moment it is running stock wheels and tyres and would like to know what you guys and gals would recommend in a suitable tyre and what size? The van has been lowered around 3" or so. I've been looking at Yokohama and BF Goodridge?

185/55/15 front and 185/65/15 rears are a good start.
steer clear of yokos, great tyres but too sticky for busses and they wear out double quick!
