Who does steering boxes?

Where is the best place to get a steering box for a 72 crossover? A guy at a garage told me that only mega bug do them but they also said that they don't really rate them. They said that some boxes they get from them are ok and others are only just better than the one they've taken out.

Anyone else had any experience of mega bug boxes? Any other recommendations?

I've managed to fix my gear problem and my throttle linkage problem so I've just got to sort out my wobbly steering and then driving won't be such an adventure anymore.

Just Kampers used to do exchange steering boxes.
I got one from them for my '72 about 5 years ago.

The only problem is they are stateing the same box earlies to lates which we know isnt the case.......

Cheers for the link. I think we'll either call or email them. I'd rather give them a try than megabug from all the things I've heard about them.

For now I've managed to get a quarter turn on the adjuster which has made some difference.
