have a look for any posts by a guy called nelly. he has a 3.0l. he had a tread running a while back under the name nellybus which went into lots of detail

yeah nellys bus had some trick mods including a homebrew rear disc setup.

It's an easy conversion once you've done electrics (Jon/herbie 58), pm me and I'll give you my mob no. and have a chat.
You will need good brakes and a 2lt box but it makes it a flying machine :twisted:
