Why is the rear jacking point positioned higher?

Hi, when replacing al the outriggers,crossmembers, sills, jacking points and floor :roll: :roll:
I noticed that the rear jacking point is higher than the front one, is this correct or
am I so, so wrong?
The outrigger and crossmember all line up so I guess it's right but it looks funny.
Also I have to cut a slot in the inner sill to make it fit.

Have a look at Haveacampers gallery thread as there should be pics of the sill & outriggers on there, I do know that he hasnt had to cut his sill to put the rear jacking point in the right place though.
 
Hi, checked out Haveacamper's resto thread but didn't really find any proof of what you said, Loxy.
However I did find a pic somewhere where they did as I mentioned.
I'll try sourcing it.
 
Here is a pic of my original rear jacking point, tucked nicely onto bottom of sill,

and here's the new one in same possition, tucked onto bottom of sill, excuse white sh!te but don't want anywater inthere ..once painted nobody will see it..
