Windscreen wiper fitment?

OK I can't quite believe I've been beaten by this!

At the moment the wipers look like this:

and have done since I got the bus. Now I decided it's time for some replacement blades so buy some Bosch ones from GSF as detailed in their catalog for a T2. They wont fit the current arms.

So I buy some new arms (GSF were out of stock so got them from Heritage), they still don't fit. There isn't quite enough space in the loop on the end to fit the Bosch quick clip system in.

Has any one fitted the quick clip system to their bus? I think I need to open up the loop but don't want to damage 2 nice new arms.

p.s. if any one can tell me what the old arms came from it would be nice so I can offer them to people with the correct description.

bosch blades will fit ok just need a bit of force sometimes ,mind you if there repo arms then they prob are to tight :roll: more pattern parts that arnt fit for s************* :msn4:

Thanks for that, I've been pushing and pushing but I'm afraid the plastic is going to crack!

A bit of bending coming on I think :roll: .
