Windscreen wipers not working.

So my windscreen wipers just stopped. I suspect it is earth or loose connection. Where is the earth for the wipers situated please?
The reason I think this is because the good lady was tidying buy rage fuze box. They were working before that.

More likely a fuse/corroded end or wire come off fuse box
