wiper motor brushes

is it poss to buy a set of new wiper motor brushes? for a 72 crossover? mine are worn to a stump and causing problems!!! don't see why have to buy a new motor...

Yes it is. Theres a few companies specialised in selling brushes. If they dont have the direct replacement for your application you can supply them with the measurements. If its a really weird size you can use slightly oversize ones and scrape/shave them down with a fine blade.
