Spent a few hours cutting some wood and putting into the poptop - too allow the curtain rails to be fitted.
Just a couple of before and after (the after is just before resin was applied. Wil show pics of the finished job later!)

Also, put the JK cover back on with a cutdown pole inside to lift the cover as their is a hole where the poptop should be:
