yet 'nother air filter query!

seem to have inherited a big plastic box with a paper air filter on 1600 sp
should it stay or go! what is best?

If it's been fitted properly and works,why change it? Have you got a pic?

seems ok but no idea if fitted well- were they better than oil bath? what about pancake filters - any good or does that put me back in monza land?

If its fitted properly then best leave it well alone, pancake filter will only make things worse.
Put a picture up & we can see if it looks ok, does it have an air tube going down through the tinware???
