... well you have more patience than me.... I ended up literally cutting the bit of the ignition barrel that sticks out off with a hacksaw. Took 2mins off cutting after 3 days of trying to find the little hole with a bent bit of wire!

I removed mine with just a hammer and drift on the roll pin..... though did wedge a length of 2"x2" between the floor and the handle to stop the handle springing about when struck!

.... if you mean the curvy 'zig zag' springs then I just bought a couple from a holstery supplier (just eBay 'zig zag spring) and cut them to length and bent the ends to shape. From memory they were only a couple of quid.... Not too sure about the coil spring, but if couldn't rob an old seat...
