I have a 1640 dual port with single carb that coughs away in low gear. In thinking of getting twin webers. Any advice as Im not too sure what extra performance I will get or whether its worth the money? Thx Watty

I got the JK luxury 17" rosewood steering wheel with the Billet Aluminium Boss that is a fab bit of metal (better than the cheap chinese ones). Looks and feels fab. Also had the Litesteer power steering conversion that is light as a feather.

I was thinking of changing mine for the white concertina with windows. Can you let me know how you get on as apparently they is trixy to fit. Doing this yourself or they doing it for you?

Omg just had my van converted to power steering. Granted its not cheap but what a difference. It's absolutely Fantastic. I can move the steering wheel with one finger. Had to have it done so the wife could drive the bus. Had fitted direct at Lite steer and Neil was great. Would definitely...

Anyone know if there is like a gas seal kit for cookers in Devon Moonraker 71? I had the grill on and flames came out of the grill knob. Scared the crap out of me? Sounds funny tho :D :D

I just replaced my tinware with after market stuff for my 71 moonraker. via custom and commercial. once fitted my mechanic pointed out the two inch gap at the top either side of my gearbox. Stupid, stupid tinware. Be carefully what you order. Not sure what I should do now either? Bother

Trikky it looks like its the ignition barrell. Checked all connections, checked all fuses. Took steering rack apart, fiddled about with ignition wiring and put back together and BINGO. We got the oil and alternator lights back. What I may do is get it checked for dry solder joints, maybe...

Thanks Trikky will start there. I did have a relay put in for the alternator, not sure whether that could be an issue. Strange thing is that the starter motor turns the engine over but it does seem that there is no power to the ignition. Will have a bash tomoz and let you know how I get on.
