Early beam to chassis bolt pattern (same as splitty) till mid 69, then changed to the 'late ' bolting pattern... Got nothing to do with the brakes..

What year bus did this come off of please? (does it have the early or late bolting pattern?)

I guess if the insurance companies wanted to be pedantic, then anything other than commercial 14" (185R14C) tyres load rating 102 are non standard and could be a way out for them... A point many of us, myself included fall foul of...
