Still on this topic... Ive now tried to fit my new front badge. It came with the below clips which i was told fit straight into the holes in the bodywork, but they don't as they're too wide :? The holes in the bodywork seem original and the badge i took out fitted perfectly...

How do i go about removing the front VW badge from my van? I cant get it to shift but want to change it as its gone abit gross. It feels like im going to rip the front panel off before the bloody thing will move! Please forgive the stupidity of this question :msn4:

This was the end of last year, the engine completely blew on the way back from Cornwall! So we now have brand new engine and vintage speed exhaust :) Turned out ok in the end (apart from the bank balance)
