Anyone know what these are off?

Does anyone know what these are off? Im thinking Beetle of some sort. I just found them in my garage but have no idea how they got there :?

The part numbers 113 957 023 indicate that they are Beetle ones. If you googled the exact part numbers with the letter at the end you'd probably come up with the relevant years for them.
