Hi According to my MOT guy hazard warning lights on classic vehicles are not required if you don't have the dash switch. I popped my switch behind the dash and covered the hole for the MOT and passed fine. This has been the case at 2 different MOT test stations now...

Hi Seems that way. There were quite a few 20k plus early bays for sale this year at Busfest and not all Westies. Suppose it goes hand in hand with splitty prices, as they go up it forces our buses up too. Wouldn't consider selling mine at this time but its nice to know that if you keep it dry...

Hi does anyone know if there should be a grommet in the hole where the accelerator cable passes through at the peddle end of the bus? I've seen the rollers for the fan shroud but nothing for the other end. Thanks Mike

Hi Nige Sounds like the bumpstop plate might have been cut off? Should look like this. As you can see ive had to cut my rubber down as the bus is lowered, these were left off completely when I bought the bus which is common on lowered busses and made no difference to passing the mot last 2...

recently fitted the same shocks and had this issue on front passenger side. grind a slot in one side very carefully and get a cold chisel on it. couple of bashes and it comes off easy. tried everything else to budge it but nothing works. have fun! Mike
