OK, this bus has just come into us as part of a restoration deal. Its been advertised on this forum before at the end of last year.

Its a LHD Tintop originally from Sweden but has been in the UK for the last few years (4 at least), its had some work done to in the past including a replacement front panel and the rear corners. Photos to support previous work.

Overall is in good condition and having had it up on the ramp yesterday its solid underneath with just a couple of areas that need attention for the next MOT but nothing serious.

Front panel has the joining lip left in it where the indicators would normally sit so they currently reside in the front bumper, there is a hole in the rear roof where a circular vent had been fitted but we will repair this. Theres a small amount of rust on the rear offside window which again we will fix. Hole in the rear cargo floor which again we will fix.

Theres a few jobs that need doing but we will leave to the new owner or will sort for extra money.
Replacement indicator stalk (current one broken)
Brakes work but could do with an over haul
Small hole on the front panel that requires work
Couple of small holes here and there.
Underneath could do to be cleaned off and sealed.
New Exhaust.

This is a really solid bus that with a bit of fettling is a great cheap base vehicle to build on, the vehicle has a current MOT until August 2014 and is taxed until the end of July and is obviously on a V5C which is current.

Viewing available at most times and it can be put on the ramp so the condition can be seen.

OK got Tom working on this yesterday:

Hole in Cargo Floor (and outrigger below)- FIXED
Holes in rear off side window frame - FIXED
Side Glass and new rubber installed
Hole in Roof - FIXED
Fitted new Stock Exhaust

This really is a tidy and sound van, cant believe no one is interested in a running & driving bay for this money

Hi Graham, how difficult would it be to reinstate the correct indicators? Cheers, Phil

Hi

As it hasn't had much interest we are going to start to look at this tomorrow and look at cutting the lip off the front and welding the seam up to reinstate the indicators in their correct position.

If this is of interest give me a call :)

OK so the front seam has now gone and holes to reinstate the indicators back in :)

Also tidying up the rear end and removing lots of previous black overspray that appears t be covering up nothing at all :?: :?:
