1971 Bayview for sale

I am a car dealer based in Bournemouth, I have a 1971 Bayview 101000mls that has come in part exchange, the garage who have been looking after the vehicle are called N.O.S VW based in Dorset, they have recommended advertising on this forum and informed me that it is a particularly nice example and should command a price of up to £15,000
There are a lot of receipts from the previous keeper who owned her for 10 years, including £3650 from Dormobile 30/01/2013 for the roof conversion, there is also a receipt for a new engine dated 4/2/2008 with new clutch £2417. there are also various other receipts amounting to thousands.
I would be grateful of any feedback with regard to value.
