1971 Westfalia Niagra Blue Westfalia Camper Van up for sale. Cool and rare color, this van will definately stand out when lined up with 10 common white poptops. With a respray, you can leave the solid or go 2 tone which would look great as well. DRY with minimal rust, looks like half and half original paint with repairs done on back corners needing to be redone. The back corners are easy fixes, the lines are all there, don't let the surface rust color and a some filler scare you. Show your body and paint man the pics, get there opinion, it's a great van to put money into without having to weld, and weld, and weld. Passenger rocker under slider has been hit, does not effect the door opening though. It would not take much to respray this entire van except either repairing the rocker section undoor or straightening it out. Front windshield area is solid as is all the jackpoints and underneath. check out all the pics to get a good feel of how solid this van is.
Interior is all complete, nice original covers in the back except for the bottom half of the Z bed. Nice original wood paneling throughout that is still very presentable. Original flooring under the carpet! This camper has not gone through 20 owners, it has not been beaten to heck on the inside or mechanically.
Engine is a 1776 with Dellorto carb, unfortunately the case has a crack and was driven no more. It can be driven short distances but the oil will need to be watched but I advise against this, just get her fixed properly and you have a nice little powerhouse scooting this tank around. All VAT and duties are then buyers responsibility. 300 pounds extra gets her delivered to Derbyshire where you will save some money on the other fees.
