We bought this bus on our honeymoon back in August from a chap in Sacremento.
It has never been welded and wears a lot of it's original paint (although it has has some aerosol put over it in some areas).

Bodywork: Really solid bus, never welded. It requires 1 x battery tray and a small hole in the rear corner to be welded. Thats it! OG paintwork is pretty good but the aerosol is nasty. Could take the aerosol back - hopefully the paint is mostly good underneath!

Mechanicals. Brakes have been gone through and had new pipes/shoes/cylinders etc Transmission is good - no nasty noises. Engine is a 1.7 type 4 unit that has brand new twin carbs, brand new clutch kit and has been serviced. It ran well until the fuel filter became blocked with rust! Petrol tank needs removing, cleaning, sealing and refitting due to internal rust.

Interior: Front seats just recovered with Black TMI covers. Brand new headliner. Westy interior. New bamboo door cards and flooring.

We were going to paint the outside, sort the fuel tank, fit all new seals and sell it but i am running out of time and have a workshop move on the cards so ideally want it gone.

£10k no messing. The price is the price. If you want to view it or have any questions please dont hesitate to contact me @ [email protected]

Cheers
Deano
