1972 Deluxe Green and White Van w/ rack pending

Very straight and solid green and white transporter deluxe edition.
Paint has been resprayed at some point, she arrived faded and dirty! and with a powerwash and polish, she now shines.
1 owner family van, comes w/ original manual and dealer booklet. Nice headliner, seats are showing wear. All panels appear to be there and in decent to good shape.
Engine compression is 0-5 in number 4 I believe, need to look at shop reciept. Comes with the engine block sitting inside the van, engine in van currently looks to have had a newer carb installed recently before their engine problems.
Front floors have some rust, see pics but really a solid van that once mechanically dealt with, you have a nice looking and presentable 72 deluxe. References available, I can refer you to some very helpful VW Restoring Businesses there in the UK to help you with all your MOT and Restoration needs.

Hiya - can you explain the "before their engine problems" , does that explain the spare engine block?, thanks -JIM.

I was told it was parked with engine problems, and per Compression Test as stated in the ad, the compression in #4 cylinder is 0-5/bad. The block was included in the purchase, just passing it along, the current engine in the bus though is complete and hasn't been taken apart at all. cheers
