Hi,
Much to my deep regret, I am having to sell my lovely bus, Lola. This has taken a lot of thought but unfortunately with a wedding looming I haven't had the time (or more accurately finances!) to do anything to her and as a result she has been in a garage since last summer. As a result she has no MOT and is currently SORN. I know she won't just sail through an MOT with no welding so that's why I have to face the reality of selling her. I have all the correct paperwork and keys too as well as a photographed restoration a which I think was about 6 years ago.
GOOD BITS:
Lovely 1.6 unleaded engine that sounds sweet as a nut
Fantastic 356 style wheels
Custom dash
Full width Rock and Roll bed
Shiny side step
Photographed resto work
Split/charge relay setup with leisure battery and 240v mains hookup
BAD BITS
She is a bit scabby (see the pics) on a couple of panels but still looks really good
The chassis needs some welding for an MOT
The starter motor is a bit temperamental
LOCATION: I am in Nottingham but the van is not at my house (no garage) but viewings can be arranged with enough notice (about 20 mins south of Nottingham, near Melton)
PRICE: £4500 (negotiable, but only if you can buy quickly, I'm under pressure to pay for a wedding venue!)
CONTACT: Pete on 07837 771409 (mobile) or 0115 846 9119 (landline). I'm much more likely to answer the mobile but I'm a teacher so there are obviously times when I can't. Please leave a message and I'll get back to you as soon as possible. Feel free to email on pjs public @ me . com (remove spaces)
In the pictures below, some are from the VZi ad that I bought her from and others are from my time with her. The ones on the paved drive are at my place.
