i'll try and dig out the receipt for the remtec engine (back in the 80's) see how much that is

its that worthing sea air mate

It was rot well before it came to Worthing, 14 previous careless owners and all their bodges including, unbelievably one rusty front clip stuck on top of another even rustier front clip with blobs of weld and filler, all hidden under some fine sculpture work and some shiny yellow paint  .

exactly the same as both my front arches just tacked over the originals :?

hi João,they rub a bit tell the truth but i have got a 2" narrow beam so its not too bad
on full lock. I am running GAZ adjustable shocks so there is room to set it up a bit
the 165/65/15 gives a sidewall slightly larger than 175/55/15 which is popular.
i think if i ran them i'd get no rubbing at all
hope that helps

thanks the-irv.
It helped a lot ;) ... and if possible, can you tell me how you dropped your bus? Sorry for bothering...

sure mate,cb performance beam (2" narrow)
transporterhaus king and link pin dropped spindles
creative adjustable spring plates on the back......
beam is on it's highest setting it could go a lot lower

Who do you get to the the white walls on the wheels? they look mint

they were originally done by a bloke in essex but to tell the truth they didn't last long

the other half quite liked them because they went brown,(my fault, your supposed to put some milage on them before striping, somithing to do with oil in the rubber)
anyways i decided to do them again and i pretty much copied this.....

using the earlybay/wheel arch measuring method.....front 56cm,rear 45.5cm,its not "slammed"
the wheels are splitty 15"(i like to keep it old school),165/65/15 fronts and 185/65/15 rears

its the devon door badge mate,a bit like the caravette one but not made of metal

i thought i'd stick a couple of pics up of what i'd been doing today,i've been trying to work out what to do with one of chris's (aspro) superb tachos.
i came up with this......

i'm lucky enough to have a clock so it was a bit of a compromise,i was going to mount it on the dash but to me it didn't look right so underneath it went....

it was made from a "JML cheese grater thing" i cut it up and sprayed it mat black (inspiration from sparkywig)
