Hi guys,

As some as you know, I got screwed buying a "restored" 69 Tintop Westy from Laurent Piani at Vintage Bus Import in L.A.

For those of you who haven't read about it here is my story: http://www.stefansbus.de

The bus needs a full new restoration and this is now being done at RollTec Engineering in Hockenheim, Germany.

Rather than posting all the pics, here, I invite you to follow the progress here: http://stefansbus.de/pictures/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

or here https://www.facebook.com/165675900249531/photos/pcb.592871784196605/592865407530576/?type=3&theater" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

The body work is close to complete and it is soon time for paint. I will update my site with pictures as the bus nears completion.

Enjoy and leave comments here if you would like.

Cheers

Stefan

Love the colour scheme - gonna be awesome when rolling!
Nice work 8) 8) 8)

Thanks for the kind words. Will post a pic or two when it's back together.

Almost done. Hoping to be able to start putting the Westy interior back in tomorrow.

Looks brand new ... could've just rolled off the production line :D

Thank you. Yes, except that birch green was never available on a bus ;) I like it, though :D

Here's to green west'ys!!

In fact, I was at the classic car show at NECC yesterday and the highlights of the show were a lurid green Maserati and a Citroen SM. (could it just be me?)

I think more photos would be appropriate Stephan - this must be quite a build...
