Looking at the braking system on my van there is a 'unit' under roughly the drivers seat where the brake pipes meet anyone know what this is I'm guessing it has something to do with dual circuit brakes anyone know any different
Cheers

It's a bias valve. It distributes braking force to the front and rear brakes depending on the angle of the van to keep it level with the varying loads in the back. Some people have bypassed it.
