Hi All ,

Well bought the Accuspark kit at Busfest and only got round to fitting it today , What can I say , so easy to fit and the van feels really good seem's to start much much better . Seem's to drive alot better now too . Money well spent £25 bargain.

Cheers
John

I can 2nd that. i have had one on my bus for about 6months and has not missed a beat, a piece of piss to fit too. overall very happy with it..... :D

I wish I could say the same as you both,,, but I can't !,,and can't get anywhere near pleased,,,
I fitted it and yes very easy to fit, but that is the only good thing I can say about it, as it made the engine run and sound like a dog, and before you say wasn't fitted correct, i can assure you it was, I am no foul,,
After being recovered back from the Brighton Breeze, when it finally gave up on me, I contacted Accuspark regarding the years warranty on it and due to the fact I had thrown it away..and replaced it with one from a local surpplier, which I must say runs like a dream now!
I was told by Accuspark "tough" can't help as you no longer have faulty item, (which i can uderstand but surley there is some good will left in the world? but clearly not with this comany""")so after hearing this from them I asked about the good customer service they say they have , and again got "tough" should haven't thrown it away,, now I was appealing to their better nature and I bit of good will from them, as I had had item for 2 weeks before it was fitted and found to be faulty and of course I had proff of purchase, but this didn't mean diddly............! So their after sales it's not worth the paper/web site written on,
So beware they take your money and as long as it works there is no problem soon as it doesn't they say "tough" can't help,,
I guess you get what you pay for cheap and nasty was my experience from Accuspark ,,
Beware..........

I'm hearing you buddy but I don't know of any business that will give you a refund on a product without returning it. I think you're asking a bit much.

And me. If you read the terms and conditions, you have to return the faulty goods to get a refund.

I was totally aware of the terms and conditions when I contacted them regarding this problem, I was open and honest ,regarding the postion I was in, and aware that I needed the part to return, ( which i had accepted) that wasn't my main gripe , it was the way I was given the answer, there are some people and businesses that have good customer relations , and others that don't,
Manners cost nothing! Except on this occasion ,,,, it seemed,,,

Hmmm...In your position I might have thrown the unit away in frustration too. But I wouldn't expect the seller to them reimburse me, good will or not.

Look at it from their point of view; for all they know it could be a scam and being sold on ebay.

A good lesson for us all here though. :|

That's right Kev , lesson learnt , of course I can see their side, that it could've been a scam , they are not to know, i have no problem with their answer and reasons for not refunding or replacing ,
But I do have a problem with they way I was told!
it doesn't take a lot to write a email to advise the customer (me)! Of their postion in a
manner that's polite , and curtious , does it ?
Or maybe I am asking to much?
I don't know?

More then happy with mine and works just as well as a the more expensive ones and thinking for £25 it may be investing in sods law because at least then you no it won,t fail.
