Alternator conversion kits

Xmas is round the corner,I have decided to spend most of my budget for xmas presents......on myself hence the kit,whats the best on the market from which seller,do I really need a 75 amp Alt,if im only going to be running a fridge ? and what amp leisure battery would you suggest running with a 55 amp Alternator many thanks

I know they are dear but an original Bosch is the way to go in my opinion despite only being a 55amp heard loads of issues with the Chinese copies out there
