Are RHD and LHD speedometers the same?

Just as the title says. Are RHD and LHD speedometers the same? Not the housing but the speedo itself are they interchangeable? What spindle (left or right front) does the speedo cable go through on a RHD bus?

YES ALL SPEEDOS ARE THE SAME,just the facia is handed and all cables come from the lh hub,direction of rotation!!!!
