Ha Ha , But to be fair, that wasn`t meant to do that job now was it. You`ll notice my little effort has a cut out, firstly you need that to get it on, but secondly you can still clout the arm. Pull the puller on and tighten it up till it`s firm and give it another quarter of a turn, give the arm a clout, a good solid clout or two, tighten the puller another flat, then clout again directly onto the arm and just keep going, the arm should give in first, if it don`t,   then post it back to me and I`ll make it twice as strong, but you shouldn`t have too much of a problem. If you can`t get to give it a decent clout, try using a bar and a lump hammer, like you`re useing a hammer and chisel, if you can get a bit of distance away then you should be able to get a decent swing and give it some rice  Where`s that bloody MerlyDog when there`s hammerin talk goin on ???
Ozziedog,,,,,,,,,,,, Just don`t be shy with it
