Awnings advice needed?

Do all these awnings work well on both RHD and LHD buses or do they cause dog-legs between the van and the living area in a LHD?

I'm just weighing up my options between a 2010 Motordome sleeper and a Driveaway XC...

this is the dogs , pop up tent that fits quite neatly to the side of a bus . not purpose made as an awning but it works.

love the pop up tent/awning idea can you tell me what make it is
