Battery drain fix

Leisure battery been draining whilst stood so done some checks and narrowed it down to two interior lights I have in the rear of the bus. They are pulling 0.25A when off.

Now I've done that I have no idea how to fix it! Any tips what may be causing this drain. Earth? Bad wiring?

What kind of lights are they? A switch would definitivly cut the circuit when off but if they are led units with built in switches then it could be faulty wiring in the unit or wrong polarity for instance.
