If the face is grey (which it looks like it is) then this is a 74-75 deluxe clock (or M25 option).

Thats correct Loxy its a deluxe clock for a 74-75.
All 68-73s had the crome inner ring so this dosent denote o deluxe.
 
Its defo a later model deluxe clock. No such thing as a VW non deluxe clock for a bay. If that was to be the case then fitting a non deluxe clock into and Early bay would mean fitting a non matching clock as ALL earlys had the inner chrome rings on the clocks/guages.
Date stamp just adds to the evidence.
 
i`m learning people..bizzarely i`m becoming a fully paid up member of the parts number brigage. never thought that would happen two years ago :shock:
